North Posey Lady Vikings Basketball Recap VS Washington 12-12-24

The North Posey Lady Vikings battled the #3 team in 3A but ultimately falls at home to Washington, 62-45.

North Posey had it within 6 points in the early part of the 3rd quarter but Washington pulled away with the victory.

Alyssa Heath led all scorers with 23 points but was the only Viking in double figures. Ella Weatherholt added 8 points while Kyleigh Bender chipped in 7.

Shay Hawk led Washington with 18 points while Kenna Garland had 17, and Aubrey Frank had 13. Katie Reed was held to just 7 points in the game, all of those coming in the second half.
